Just like trying to time the stock market there’s no best time to be a real estate agent. In my 44 years in the profession people, have made good money in every market including the downturn of 2008–2012. Like anything else, it takes a tremendous amount of learning and hard work to be one of the 5% of real estate agents who are truly successful in any location.
