There are certainly times of great joy when you help a first time buyer to own a home they never thought they could afford or assist an owner to sell a house for more than they ever thought they could get. Mostly though, it’s just really hard work 24/7 solving the many problems that will occur throughout a transaction.

After a house closes there is plenty of time to celebrate with our clients but none of us does real esate for “fun”. Most of us do it for the privilege of helping people through one of the most challenging life events they will ever go through and after 44 years in the profession, that’s what keeps me going.
